That lady used at the beginning as an example has had 7 kids and look at the shape she is in..! Would you like to know why? Well, she obviously had sex non-stop making babies and now has no money left for food. Congrats.

My problem with these workout programs is they look so silly when they're doing it, and you feel even more ridiculous the first few times you actually do it. I've never done this one, but I do P90X instead.
I don't feel so goofy anymore, but I do make a point of locking my door regardless:)
