Creepy background belly. You lose fat by burning more calories than you're taking in, however your exercise routine and diet work. Agreed that a mix of stretch/warm-up, weight training and cardio is best. If you're cramping, this is not a good thing, though a little 'burn' will be felt as you push those muscles. Start off slow, less exaggerated movements and less bounce in your steps and build up. Don't sabotage yourself and think you'll jump right into exercise if you're unfit.

if you have cramps then that means that it's working out for you. i mean like, it's hard to explain since i'm not good at explaining but in my own words, it means that you're getting somewhere...
having cramps is a good but at the same time bad thing...

I'm generally in pretty good shape but apparently my core is weaker than I thought! Once I start getting to the arms and stepping side part at 5:30 I start getting such crazy painful cramps. Other than that it's actually a lot of fun, I recommend it!

To "watchmelosebellyfat" - You have to do some sort of weight training / resistance training first, then incorporate cardio with it. Building muscle helps burn fat faster. Check out the "Rock Your Body Workout" where she incorporates weight training and cardio in one workout and produces amazing results.

@watchmelosebellyfat - The best way to lose fat is to weight train / resistant train, and build muscle, then do cardio. The more muscle you have, the easier and faster you burn fat. And YES, this workout really does get your heart pumping and burn fat. But remember, what you eat and when you eat is as just important as exercise. |
